Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from the date of receipt, upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
The product must be in its original, unused packaging.
Professional equipment is not eligible for return or exchange. These include balls, clubs, hoops, ropes, sticks, and ribbons (SASAKI, Chacott, Venturelli, Pastorelli). To avoid mistakes, we recommend consulting a coach before making a purchase.
Hair accessories, makeup, underwear, half-shoes, point shoes, and custom-made products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of a return. In case of an exchange, the shipping cost for the returned and new item must be paid by the customer again.
